We are currently hiring for the position of Sales Executive in Real Estate Business. We are looking forward to a candidate who is having experience in sales and must be aware of Noida Locations and Real Estate projects.


Responsible for communicating with the client over phone and social media platforms.

Understanding the requirements of the clients and arranging the site visits for Closures.

Interacting with the client on a regular basis to keep up with the changing tastes and preferences of
the client.

Taking the proper feedback from the client and helping the operations team in service up-gradation

Awareness about new projects coming up in the city and prevailing prices in various localities of the

Maintaining deal pipelines and client contact lists

Visiting potential customers for new business. Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing
customers with quotations

Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales


Educational Qualification: Graduation

Good communication, presentation and networking Skills to enhance customer base.

Excellence in sales and marketing with a positive attitude and team playing ability.

Own vehicle mandatory (Car/Bike).

Out of the box thinker and deliver for self and the team

FIXED SALARY: 4-6 LPA + Lucrative Incentives 

(Also our bracket is open for the deserving candidates, decent hikes will be provided on Current/ Last CTC or as per experience or industry standards)
