We are currently hiring for the position of Sales Executive in Real Estate Business. We are looking forward to a candidate who is having experience in sales and must be aware of Noida Locations and Real Estate projects.

KRA:

  • Responsible for communicating with the client over phone and social media platforms.
  • Understanding the requirements of the clients and arranging the site visits for Closures.
  • Interacting with the client on a regular basis to keep up with the changing tastes and preferences of the client.
  • Taking the proper feedback from the client and helping the operations team in service up-gradation
  • Awareness about new projects coming up in the city and prevailing prices in various localities of the city
  • Maintaining deal pipelines and client contact lists
  • Visiting potential customers for new business. Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations
  • Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales

Requirements:

  1. Educational Qualification: Graduation
  2. Good communication, presentation and networking Skills to enhance customer base.
  3. Excellence in sales and marketing with a positive attitude and team playing ability.
  4. Own vehicle mandatory (Car/Bike).
  5. Out of the box thinker and deliver for self and the team

Perks and Benefits:

FIXED SALARY: 4-6 LPA + Lucrative Incentives 

(Also our bracket is open for the deserving candidates, decent hikes will be provided on Current/ Last CTC or as per experience or industry standards)
