We are currently hiring for the position of Sales Executive in Real Estate Business. We are looking forward to a candidate who is having experience in sales and must be aware of Noida Locations and Real Estate projects.
KRA:
- Responsible for communicating with the client over phone and social media platforms.
- Understanding the requirements of the clients and arranging the site visits for Closures.
- Interacting with the client on a regular basis to keep up with the changing tastes and preferences of the client.
- Taking the proper feedback from the client and helping the operations team in service up-gradation
- Awareness about new projects coming up in the city and prevailing prices in various localities of the city
- Maintaining deal pipelines and client contact lists
- Visiting potential customers for new business. Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: Graduation
- Good communication, presentation and networking Skills to enhance customer base.
- Excellence in sales and marketing with a positive attitude and team playing ability.
- Own vehicle mandatory (Car/Bike).
- Out of the box thinker and deliver for self and the team

FIXED SALARY: 4-6 LPA + Lucrative Incentives
