We are currently hiring for the position of Sales Manager in Real Estate Business. We are
looking forward to a candidate who is having experience in sales and must be aware of Noida
Locations and Real Estate projects.
 
KRA:
 

  1. Responsible for communicating with the client over phone and social media
    platforms.
  2. Understanding the requirements of the clients and arranging the site visits for
    Closures.
  3. Interacting with the client on a regular basis to keep up with the changing tastes and
    preferences of the client.
  4. Managing conflict and coming up with effective negotiation and sale strategies for the
    team.
  5. Taking the proper feedback from the client and helping the operations team in service
    up-gradation
  6. Lead & Supervise Real Estate Sales Team and stay informed about the latest changes
    in the industry.
  7. Developing sales strategies and visualising the set targets till the accomplishment.
  8. Strong sales acumen with good sense and adaptation to organise culture.
     
    Requirements:
     
  9. Educational Qualification: MBA
  10. Good communication, presentation and networking Skills to enhance customer base.
  11. Excellence in sales and marketing with a positive attitude and team playing ability.
  12. Own vehicle mandatory (Car/Bike).
  13. Out of the box thinker and deliver for self and the team
     
    Perks and Benefits:
     
    FIXED SALARY: 5-7 LPA + Lucrative Incentives 
    (Also our bracket is open for the deserving candidates, decent hikes will be provided on
    Current/ Last CTC or as per experience or industry standards)
