We are currently hiring for the position of Sales Manager in Real Estate Business. We are
looking forward to a candidate who is having experience in sales and must be aware of Noida
Locations and Real Estate projects.
KRA:
- Responsible for communicating with the client over phone and social media
platforms. - Understanding the requirements of the clients and arranging the site visits for
Closures. - Interacting with the client on a regular basis to keep up with the changing tastes and
preferences of the client. - Managing conflict and coming up with effective negotiation and sale strategies for the
team. - Taking the proper feedback from the client and helping the operations team in service
up-gradation - Lead & Supervise Real Estate Sales Team and stay informed about the latest changes
in the industry. - Developing sales strategies and visualising the set targets till the accomplishment.
- Strong sales acumen with good sense and adaptation to organise culture.
Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: MBA
- Good communication, presentation and networking Skills to enhance customer base.
- Excellence in sales and marketing with a positive attitude and team playing ability.
- Own vehicle mandatory (Car/Bike).
- Out of the box thinker and deliver for self and the team

FIXED SALARY: 5-7 LPA + Lucrative Incentives
