The monthly rent for the tenth floor is 38.52 lakh per month and that of the ninth floor is 35.7 lakh per month, the documents showed. The company has made a security deposit of Rs 2.31 crore for the tenth floor and Rs 2.14 crore for the ninth floor. The lease agreements come with an escalation clause wherein rent would be increased by 15 percent every three years, the documents showed.
